The current Champion of Galar who has yet to be defeated in either League or exhibition matches. This natural battling talent of his, alongside his similarly winning personality, has made him extremely popular to people all over the region. A hero to Galarians everywhere, his fans affectionately refer to him as "the Unbeatable Leon."

Likes- Pokémon battles! Nothing gets him fired up quite like one, especially if it proves challenging!
- Hop, his little brother. He cares dearly for him and tends to worry about him from time to time, but he has full confidence in him.
- Making sure everyone out there has themselves a champion time! Be it through theatrics, Pokémon battles, or both, he's always wanting to inspire his fellow trainers in Galar to become Champions themselves.
- Collecting hats, particularly snapbacks. He's got quite the collection in his old room back in Postwick.
- Travelling. Not that he has an easy time staying still, anyway!
Dislikes- Getting himself lost. He has the most terrible sense of direction...
- Seeing the people and Pokémon of Galar in any kind of danger
- Losing battles, believe it or not. He tries to be a good sport about it, at least...
- Having decisions made for him. Especially if they're made for him behind his back! He doesn't care at all for such trickery.
Other Stuff- The cape Leon wears during official League matches is deceptively heavy. He doesn't seem to have any problems lugging it around, though.
- He has a tendency to daydream or, at the very least, allow his thoughts to wander while in the middle of conversation. It's no surprise that he's often thinking of Pokémon, their moves, and how best to counter them at most any given free moment, but it's usually a good idea to get his attention and bring him back down to earth if you want to make sure something actually sticks. Sonia even describes him as often "having his head in the clouds."
- He's livelier than ever now that he's no longer the League Champion, working hard to help inspire and improve the trainers of his beloved region in other ways. However, he's been in that role for so long that he's finding it difficult to adjust to a new life without all of those responsibilities from his Champion days. At least he feels that he can focus on a lot more important, pressing personal issues now that his schedule is significantly freed up.
